We provide a variety of options and services that are limited only by imagination.
My Shout Coffee Co is available for personal events such as weddings and birthdays, for corporate events such as product launches, open days, golf and track days and team building events
We really come into our own at conferences with nothing better than barista coffee on arrival, at lunch or as a takeaway at the end of a long day, the Defenders really end up being a talking point for all!
We have featured regularly at large scale events such as the Silverstone Grand Prix , Goodwood Festival of Speed, Bugatti Hill Climbs and a number of the UK’s finest stadiums, golf courses and event venues
What we offer and how we offer it:
All our services include the vehicle, qualified baristas, ethically sourced coffee, cups, and packaging that are all either recyclable or compostable and we aim to also locally source supplies where possible including vast quantities of fresh milk!
We also offer a full range of catering options to complement our amazing coffee, from the best Brownies you have ever had to more healthy options to run alongside acts of athletic endeavour and we cater to all dietary requirements, We even offer a complete BBQ or street food solution to enhance your event.
We are not just bringing the best coffee possible to you but also an array of additional drinks as well, a variety of great Tea’s from Tea Pig’s, luxurious Hot Chocolates, Iced coffees, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Soft drinks, and obviously all the alternatives to dairy you can imagine.
We have also been known to be hired just for our legendary Espresso Martinis that really make a party something special!
Public Events:
We are happy to work on a commission fee given back to the event or single Pitch fee basis
We can charge on Consumption to a central account or make it a pay bar
Charity events receive a generous donation as part of using My Shout Coffee Co
School sports day, group bike rides, triathlons etc can be supported on agreed on terms to suit the venue or operator
Options to have food or snacks
Private Events:
We can offer a fully inclusive unlimited drinks and food with a full or half day rate for your event to give you budgetary control
Bespoke branding for trucks
Custom cakes to match the event whether it is a party or wedding etc
We can even offer great Espresso Martinis!
Corporate Events:
We can be offer a fully inclusive day rate with unlimited drinks and food or we can charge back on consumption
Option for Branded truck and trailer
Option for branded cups and uniforms
Options for custom cakes, designed to compliment the coffee and the event
